Privacy Policy

Matcha Filter Remover is designed to process photos and videos locally in your web browser. The files you choose are not uploaded to us, and we do not operate a server-side media-processing pipeline.

Media processing

Your browser decodes the selected file and uses local WebGL or Canvas capabilities to create the preview and export. Media stays in the memory or temporary storage controlled by your browser and is cleared when you refresh or close the page. A download is created locally.

Information we collect

The initial version does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We may later collect limited, aggregate product events such as whether an image or video workflow completed, the broad file format, or an anonymous error category. Such events will not include file names, media content, prompts, or extracted pixel data.

Server logs

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the website. These requests are for site assets and pages, not the media opened in the tool.

Cookies and local storage

We do not currently use non-essential cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
